This role is not just about writing scripts. It requires a deep understanding of what to test, how to test, and why it matters. You will ensure product quality through a combination of solid QA practices and automation-first execution.\nWhat You’ll get to do:\nQuality Assurance and Test Design (Foundation)\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into clear, structured test scenarios\n\nDesign effective test coverage including positive, negative, edge cases, and risk-based scenarios\n\nIdentify gaps, risks, and potential failure points early in the development cycle\n\nPerform root cause analysis and provide clear defect reports with impact assessment\n\nAutomation Development and Ownership\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (UI and API), primarily using Playwright\n\nEnsure automation reflects real user behaviour and meaningful test scenarios\n\nContribute to improving the automation framework for scalability and maintainability\n\nContinuously expand automation coverage to reduce manual regression effort\n\nTest Execution (Manual and Automated)\nExecute both manual and automated tests depending on context and coverage needs\n\nPerform exploratory and ad-hoc testing for new or complex features\n\nValidate automation results and ensure reliability of test outcomes\n\nIdentify regression scope and ensure critical areas are properly covered\n\nCI/CD and Quality Visibility\nIntegrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines\n\nMonitor test execution results and investigate failures\n\nProvide clear reporting on test results, risks, and quality status\n\nSupport release decisions with data-driven insights\n\nCollaboration\nWork closely with developers, product managers, and QA to align on quality expectations\n\nParticipate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives\n\nShare knowledge and contribute to improving QA and automation practices across the team\n\nWhat we’re Looking For:\nQA and Testing Fundamentals\nStrong foundation in manual testing and QA methodologies\n\nAbility to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios\n\nExperience in defect analysis and risk-based testing\n\nAutomation and Technical Skills\nHands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)\n\nBasic programming knowledge (preferably JavaScript)\n\nExperience with API testing Familiarity with Git or version control\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and attention to detail\n\nGood communication skills in English\n\nProactive mindset and willingness to learn\n\nHere's what we offer:\nStart with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.\n\nEnjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule after your first three months with us.\n\nBenefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.\n\nDaily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.\n\nPrivate Medical Subscription.\n\nAccess online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.\n\nOur office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
