This is a delivery role with full ownership of client integrations from project initiation through go live and post deployment support. You will work closely with international clients, internal development teams, senior stakeholders and third-party vendors, managing multiple integrations in parallel and ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.\nWhat You'll get to do:\nClient and Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients during the integration lifecycle\n\nBuild strong, long term relationships and ensure client requirements, priorities and expectations are aligned\n\nManage senior stakeholder expectations Delivery and Project Management\n\nOwn the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post go live support\n\nManage multiple concurrent integrations and delivery streams across distributed teams\n\nDefine scope, milestones, dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with internal business units\n\nCreate and maintain delivery plans, schedules and budgets, tracking progress against agreed baselines\n\nEnsure integration and development work meets agreed quality and compliance standards\n\nManage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, proposing practical and creative solutions\n\nEnsure delivery governance, reporting and project administration are accurate, timely and consistently maintained\n\nApply a data driven approach to delivery, using metrics to track performance and inform decisions\n\nCoordinate and manage third party vendors and external delivery partners\n\nActively contribute to the Integration Management community by sharing knowledge, re using best practice and driving delivery efficiencies\n\nChampion lean agile ways of working and continuous improvement Team Leadership Line manage a team of Integration Managers or coordinators, providing day to day direction and support\n\nSet clear objectives, conduct regular one to ones and carry out performance reviews for direct reports\n\nMentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and certification goals Identify skills gaps within the team and organise relevant training or knowledge sharing sessions\n\nAllocate workload across the team, balancing capacity against portfolio demands and client priorities Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement\n\nAct as an escalation point for the team on delivery blockers, client issues or resourcing conflicts\n\nSupport recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the team scales\n\nYou will have the confidence and maturity to educate, inspire and challenge colleagues, demonstrating strong leadership, collaboration and coaching skills in a fast paced technology environment.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nProven experience delivering complex software or iGaming integrations on time and within budget\n\nStrong hands on experience applying lean agile delivery approaches in software development\n\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client facing B2B environment\n\nExperience working with globally distributed engineering and delivery teams\n\nAbility to lead, motivate and influence without direct authority\n\nExperience managing third party vendors and external technical partners Prior line management or people leadership experience, ideally within a delivery or integration function\n\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English\n\nDesirable Experience in iGaming, betting, payments or regulated B2B platforms Project, programme or agile certifications such as PMP, MSP, Certified Scrum Master or equivalent\n\nHere's what we offer:\nStart with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.\n\nHybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.\n\nBenefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.\n\n3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.\n\nDaily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.\n\nPrivate Medical Subscription.\n\nAccess online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.\n\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.\n\nOur office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
