The ideal candidate will have understanding of networking technologies, problem-solving abilities, and open to evolve its skills on enterprise level network. The Network Administrator role is to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud-based.\nWhat You'll get to do:\nThe Network Engineer will be responsible of managing and maintaining Everymatrix’s enterprise network infrastructure.\n\nAssist in acquiring, install and upgrade of IT components, licensing and software, and manages inventory: switches, routers, firewalls, access points;\n\nProvides basic technical support for VPN solutions: site-to-site, remote access, IPSEC and SSL;\n\nNetwork Maintenance: make sure all equipment is monitored, alerts are being sent, documentation is up to date;\n\nProvides technical support for network security and monitoring solutions;\n\nSupport internal teams to handle network problems;\n\nTroubleshoot network related problems in a timely manner;\n\nEffectively communicate with the team members, peers and management;\n\nManage operational tasks and assure they are done within agreed SLAs;\n\nAdhere to business standards and processes\n\nTroubleshoot network team incidents and participate in elaborating a clear root cause analysis and complete mitigation plan;\n\nCoordinate with all parties(clients, peers, vendors etc.) to ensure seamless operations and projects delivery;\n\nResponsible for network devices lifecycle management and patch management;\n\nEnsure accurate monitoring of network devices;\n\nEnsures knowledge transfer from team engineers;\n\nOther requirements raised by management;\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nNice to have: Bachelor's degree in technical field(engineering, mathematics, IT);\n\nMinimum of 1 years of technical background with various network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls);\n\nKnowledge of routing, switching and network protocols (DHCP, ARP, dot1q, OSPF, BGP);\n\nKnowledge of configuring and managing VPN solutions(site-to-site, Remote access, IPSEC, SSL);\n\nKnowledge of managing firewall devices;\n\nKnowledge of Linux OS and microservices;\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes (certification is a plus);\n\nFluency in English, both written & spoken;\n\nGood communication skills;\n\nAnalytical and research skills;\n\nProblem-solving skills;\n\nAbility to accept and adjust to changes - agile;\n\nOriented to details;\n\nPassionate about technology;\n\nHere's what we offer:\nStart with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.\n\nHybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.\n\nBenefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.\n\n3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.\n\nDaily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.\n\nPrivate Medical Subscription.\n\nAccess online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.\n\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.\n\nOur office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
