EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection whilst producing market leading gaming solutions.\nJoin us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.\nWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle Business Analyst join our team in Lviv!\nWhat You'll get to do:\nPartner with Configuration, Account Management, Vendor Management, Development, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless process and system integration.\n\nDefine requirements for iGaming configuration solutions: game registration, vendor settings, restrictions, jurisdictions, releases, bonuses, jackpots, free spins, and operator-specific rules.\n\nElicit, document, validate, and refine requirements, translating business needs into implementable solutions.\n\nMap end-to-end configuration workflows, system dependencies, and data flows across integrated platforms.\n\nBridge business and technical teams to clarify requirements, dependencies, and expected system behavior.\n\nProduce functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML diagrams, and configuration documentation.\n\nShape new product/system functionality: MVP scope, business rules, field behavior, validation logic, and default values.\n\nIdentify inefficiencies in configuration and operational processes; drive standardization and automation.\n\nSupport workflow automation initiatives: automated task creation, notifications, and system integrations.\n\nIdentify and analyze opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements based on business and team requirements.\n\nEvaluate where and how AI can be effectively applied to existing processes and workflows.\n\nTrack operational KPIs, backlog, and delivery progress; contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat You need to know:\n2+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in iGaming or a related field.\n\nStrong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation skills.\n\nProficiency in UML/BPMN diagrams, process flows, and wireframes.\n\nSolid grasp of business process and system requirement methodologies.\n\nExperience with complex business rules, configurations, and cross-functional integrations.\n\nGood understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business processes and workflow automation.\n\nHands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nFluent English (written and spoken).\n\nComfortable working independently and within a team.\n\nHere's what we offer:\nStart with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.\n\n3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required; 30 medical leave days with medical allowance\n\nHybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment with 80/20 office/home format until the end of 2026.
