This is a mid-level role for someone who understands the live gaming provider landscape, takes ownership, and is motivated to grow accounts through insight, responsiveness, and consistent execution.\nThe successful candidate will combine at least three years of relevant industry experience with a hungry, proactive mindset. They will be confident working with customers and internal teams, curious about the product and market, and willing to keep learning as EM Live grows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and develop a portfolio of EM Live customers, acting as their primary commercial contact.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain a clear understanding of their objectives, priorities, and challenges.\n\nCreate and execute account plans that support retention, revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term partnership value.\n\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across EM Live products, tables, markets, and promotional initiatives.\n\nMonitor account performance, player and market trends, and key commercial indicators; turn insights into clear customer recommendations.\n\nLead regular business reviews and provide accurate updates on performance, opportunities, risks, and agreed actions.\n\nCoordinate effectively with commercial, product, operations, marketing, and technical teams to deliver for customers.\n\nWork with customers to optimise EM Live site positioning, visibility, and placement across casino lobbies and relevant promotional areas.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and evaluate customer promotions that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial performance.\n\nSupport launches, integrations, and new-market activity, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.\n\nMaintain accurate account records, commercial forecasts, opportunities, and next steps in the relevant systems.\n\nStay informed about the live casino market, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.\n\nRequirements:\nAt least three years of account management, commercial, or partner-facing experience with a live gaming provider.\n\nPractical understanding of live casino products, operator needs, commercial models, and the wider online gaming ecosystem.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, prioritise competing demands, and follow through on commitments.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to lead customer meetings and business reviews.\n\nCommercial awareness and comfort using performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.\n\nCollaborative working style and the ability to influence internal stakeholders without direct authority.\n\nStrong organisation, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to forecasting and account planning.\n\nDemonstrated experience and practical knowledge of site positioning, including optimising live casino visibility and placement within operator lobbies.\n\nHands-on experience planning, running, and reviewing customer promotions that support engagement and revenue growth.\n\nDesirable:\nExperience supporting live casino launches, integrations, dedicated tables, or branded environments.\n\nExperience working across multiple countries, cultures, or customer segments.\n\nTurkish language skills are preferred.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\n\nHungry: actively looks for opportunities, asks the right questions, and is not satisfied with simply maintaining the status quo.\n\nMotivated: takes ownership of outcomes, follows through, and brings energy and resilience to customer challenges.\n\nWilling to learn: seeks feedback, builds product and market knowledge quickly, and adapts as the business evolves.\n\nCustomer-focused: listens carefully, communicates clearly, and balances customer needs with sustainable commercial outcomes.\n\nCollaborative: works constructively across teams and shares information early to keep delivery on track.\n\nHere's what we offer:\nStart with a competitive number of annual leave days, increasing as you grow with us.\n\nPrivate Medical Subscription.\n\n3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.\n\nAccess to online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.\n\nGym membership.\n\nMeal allowance.\n\nSupport for New Parents:\n\n21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.\n\n4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.\n\nOur office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
