We are looking for a dedicated Product Designer to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!
About the Job:
We are seeking a Product Designer to create engaging, scalable, and user-focused experiences across our CRM and player engagement platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements while helping evolve our product experience and design system.
What You'll get to do:
- Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features across our CRM and player engagement platform, meeting user and product requirements.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across a complex back-office product.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and user research activities to inform and refine your work.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion best practices in usability and accessibility.
- Focus on customer value and business constraints in your designs.
- Design holistic user experiences across multiple touchpoints within the platform.
- Conduct regular user testing to refine and validate design ideas
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes - ideally including data-rich or back-office applications.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Broad understanding of UX beyond just UI design.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques.
- Experience with regular user testing and feedback integration.
Desirable:
Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they inform design choices. Versatility in visual and interaction design. Prior experience designing for iGaming, fintech, or similarly data-intensive B2B products.
