Full of interesting and challenging projects, in a relaxed and friendly environment, our headquarters are in the heart of the city.\nWhat You'll get to do:\nMonitor transactional activities to identify and detect potential fraudulent patterns.\n\nInvestigate, report, and take appropriate remedial action on suspicious account transactions to protect the business from financial losses.\n\nUse fraud prevention and monitoring systems to optimize deposit conversion rates while maintaining chargeback rates within acceptable thresholds.\n\nAnalyze customer account activity to identify unusual transactional patterns or behaviors.\n\nReview and process withdrawal requests in accordance with internal procedures and applicable requirements.\n\nContribute to the achievement of the Fraud Team's KPIs and ensure compliance with established performance targets.\n\nHandle and resolve customer inquiries in accordance with established SLA requirements.\n\nEscalate identified threats and risks to the COO and/or Compliance Officer for root cause analysis and appropriate mitigation.\n\nLiaise with the MLRO to ensure that suspicious payment activity is identified, escalated, and investigated accordingly.\n\nCommunicate effectively with customers, service providers, and other key business stakeholders.\n\nCreate, maintain, and update files and documentation as required.\n\nUse the software applications and systems provided by the company in accordance with internal procedures.\n\nMaintain the confidentiality and security of data handled during daily activities.\n\nEnsure that work equipment is properly used and maintained in good working conditions.\n\nContinuously develop and improve professional knowledge, skills, and expertise relevant to the role.\n\nMaintain the confidentiality of company-related information and documentation.\n\nComply with all applicable legal requirements, as well as the company's internal Occupational Health and Safety and Emergency Procedures, in accordance with the risk assessment applicable to the position.\n\nConfigure and update rules within the relevant systems based on received business requirements and requests.\n\nImplement requested system and rule changes within the established SLA.\n\nEnsure that newly created or modified rules are compatible with existing rules and configurations.\n\nPerform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager that are relevant to the position and consistent with the employee's professional qualifications.\n\nComply with the provisions of the company's Internal Regulations and meet the performance standards and criteria established by the employer.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nExperience in fraud prevention, detection and investigation techniques;\n\nUnderstand international online payment methods and their associated risks;\n\nLogical approach, high attention to details, accurate and able to multi-task;\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills;\n\nTeam oriented and yet able to work independently;\n\nA flexible approach and professional attitude;\n\nAbility to work under pressure;\n\nMinimum of two years’ experience ideally within a payments or security role.Customer Centric;\n\nTarget orientated and results driven;\n\nNumerate with excellent analytical thought processes;\n\nAnalytical and accurate way of working showing a strong sense of initiative;\n\nDecisive, discrete, trustworthy and reliable;\n\nHave a pleasant personality and professional disposition;\n\nTeam Player showing personal authority;\n\nEnthusiastic and Self Motivated; Confident, assertive, committed and patient.\n\nHere's what we offer:\nStart with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.\n\nHybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.\n\nBenefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.\n\n3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.\n\nDaily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.\n\nPrivate Medical Subscription.\n\nAccess online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.\n\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.\n\nOur office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
