You will work closely with operators to develop commercial strategies, optimize game performance, coordinate successful game launches, and identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Integrations, Compliance, Legal, Vendor Management teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in iGaming, outstanding relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering measurable business results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage a portfolio of strategic casino operator accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.\n\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.\n\nDevelop account strategies to drive revenue growth, player engagement, and market expansion.\n\nIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the casino product portfolio (Engage Suite Products and 3rd party Casino Products).\n\nMonitor account performance using commercial and operational KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to improve results.\n\nCoordinate the successful launch of new games, promotional campaigns, and product features.\n\nConduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance insights and strategic vendor recommendations.\n\nResolve commercial and operational issues proactively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.\n\nRepresent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events when required.\n\nMentor junior account managers and contribute to best practices within the Casino Commercial team.\n\nRequirements:\nEssential 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, within the iGaming industry.\n\nStrong understanding of online casino products, game content, player behavior, and operator business models.\n\nProven track record of managing high-value B2B accounts and delivering commercial growth.\n\nExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business opportunities.\n\nExperience working with commercial reporting tools.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. Willingness to travel internationally when required.\n\nPreferred Experience working for a platform provider, aggregator.\n\nKnowledge of regulated iGaming markets and compliance requirements.\n\nExperience launching casino content, promotional tools, or gamification features.
