You will work across PHP, AngularJS, Go, Node, and SQL. Strong in PHP, able to pick up Go and Node as needed, able to work in a system you did not write.\nYou own features from design to production, write short design docs before non-trivial work, and work directly with product and QA. You already use agentic coding tools daily.\nSenior here is not about years of experience. It is about how you operate, technically and with people:\nTakes the hard tasks. Picks up the unclear, risky, or unpopular problem and drives it until it is working in production for real users. Done means live, not a ticket status.\n\nFlexible in solutions. Has more than one way to solve a problem and chooses based on constraints, not habit.\n\nMoves fast when it matters. Knows when to ship quickly and when to slow down, and can tell the difference.\n\nCommunicates. Explains decisions clearly, keeps people informed, raises problems early instead of late.\n\nGives and takes feedback. Direct, specific, constructive. Not defensive when the feedback comes back.\n\nOwns outcomes. Not just the code, but whether the thing actually works for the people using it.\nWhat you'll get to do:\n\nBuild and ship features across the stack: data model, API, UI.\n\nHelp split the monolith into services: define service boundaries, plan data migrations, roll out changes step by step without downtime.\n\nModernize legacy code where it pays off.\n\nWrite short design docs for non-trivial changes.\n\nOwn what you ship: monitoring, alerts, fixes.\n\nDesign schemas, write efficient queries, build reports operators depend on.\n\nReview code and mentor.\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nSolid experience building and running production software at a senior level.\n\nStrong in PHP; able to pick up Go and Node as needed.\n\nSolid with relational databases: schema design, query performance, migrations on live data.\n\nExperience improving a large legacy codebase incrementally.\n\nUsage of agentic AI coding tools daily.
