This role serves as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with company policies.\nWhat You'll get to do:\nAssist in scheduling and confirming staff requests\n\nMonitor attendance and punctuality of team members\n\nHandle Time off Requests and transportation of the employees\n\nadjust break list in case of any emergency.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for team members during the shift.\n\nCommunicate updates, changes and important information from management.\n\nInventory and supplies of uniforms\n\ncheck and restock common areas during night hours.\n\nReporting Sending daily reports on Absence, Lateness or other incidents.\n\nResponsible for accurate and detailed incident reporting.\n\nEnsure proper follow-up to maintain clear and precise records for accountability.\n\nWhat You need to shine:\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.\n\nExcellent communication skills to serve as the primary contact for employees and management.\n\nBasic understanding of inventory management and reporting processes\n\nPrevious experience in a supervisory, team leader, or coordination role is preferred\n\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and reporting.\n\nProblem-solving skills to address emergencies or unplanned situations promptly.\n\nFlexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.\n\nProficiency in English is required;
