Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.\nWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Trading Customer Support Agent to join our team in Bucharest!\nWhat you'll get to do:\nAssist clients via e-mail and live chat.\n\nCheck and process bets and settle matches according to company policy.\n\nInvestigate issues related to missing matches or results.\n\nCreate activity reports.\n\nAdd missing matches, tournaments, and participants.\n\nCheck and update the information provided to clients.\n\nPerform job shadowing with more senior colleagues to learn best practices and procedures.\n\nSolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nDevelop a basic understanding of OddsMatrix betting rules and Microsoft Excel.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nAvailability to work in shifts (09:00-17:00; 17:00-01:00, 01:00-09:00) and weekends (2 weekends per month).\n\nAdvanced English skills, both written and spoken.\n\nProficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).\n\nWillingness to learn quickly and ask questions when needed.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.\n\nAbility to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.\n\nGood writing skills to craft informative and concise communications.\n\nHere's what we offer:\nStart with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.\n\nBenefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.\n\n3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.\n\nDaily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.\n\nPrivate Medical Subscription.\n\nAccess online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training.\n\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.\n\nOur office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
