Our Account Executives are excellent at tailoring their approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls. Our clients will need your support all year round and then there are those all-important networking and prospecting activities that will help you to build and develop your portfolio as you go.\nWhat we are looking for in an Account Executive:\nPrevious experience in a commercial insurance Account Executive or client-facing insurance role.\n\nInsurance experience is essential, with Fleet and/or Motor Trade experience preferred.\n\nFull UK driving licence is essential for this role.\n\nStrong relationship-building and business development skills.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\n\nA consultative approach with the ability to understand complex client needs.\n\nGood technical insurance knowledge and awareness of compliance requirements.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\nA proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset.\n\nIn return you will be welcomed and supported by our Everywhen family, with opportunities to earn your annual salary plus a role-based incentive plan and grow your career.
