It may also require you to travel to London for some team meetings as needed.\nWe're looking for an experienced Anaplan Modeller to join our team and play a key role in developing and evolving our Anaplan estate. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of financial planning, delivering scalable solutions that improve forecasting, planning and reporting across the business.\nYou'll combine strong technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset, partnering with stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into practical, high-quality Anaplan solutions.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign, build and enhance Anaplan models that support planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management activities across Finance.\n\nLead end-to-end model development, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, user-friendly and aligned to business priorities.\n\nGather, challenge and translate business requirements into practical Anaplan solutions that deliver measurable value to stakeholders.\n\nPartner closely with FP&A, Finance and other business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\n\nManage model governance, including documentation, naming standards, role-based access controls and change management processes.\n\nMaintain and optimise existing models, carrying out upgrades, roll-forwards and structural enhancements to support evolving business needs.\n\nOwn and improve data integrations between Anaplan and connected finance systems, helping to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.\n\nMonitor model performance and data quality, resolving issues quickly and implementing preventative controls where required.\n\nSupport the development of reporting and dashboard solutions, working with tools such as Power BI where appropriate.\n\nDeliver user support, training and guidance to encourage adoption and ensure stakeholders maximise the value of Anaplan.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying planning and reporting processes to create a more efficient and scalable FP&A environment.\n\nWork collaboratively with Finance and MI teams to ensure planning outputs provide clear, consistent and actionable business insights.\n\nAct as the subject matter expert for Anaplan, promoting best practice and supporting the long-term development of the platform.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nMinimum 4 years' hands-on experience building and developing Anaplan models\n\nAnaplan Level 2 Certification (minimum requirement)\n\nStrong understanding of model governance, controls and best practices\n\nExperienced in Power BI or reporting tools\n\nExperience working with data integrations, APIs, ETL tools or Anaplan Data Orchestration\n\nProven ability to translate complex requirements into practical, user-focused solutions\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\n\nExperience within Finance, FP&A or Financial Services would be advantageous\n\nA natural problem solver with a delivery-focused approach\n\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail\n\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nData-driven, curious and always looking for smarter ways of working\n\n#AIB #LI-NW1 #LI-Remote INDX3\nEverywhen is an equal opportunities employer, with a growing and thriving diversity, equity and inclusion strategy; we are committed to a working environment that is free from discrimination, is inclusive, and empowers our people to bring their whole self to work and reach their full potential.\nIf your application is successful, we will conduct relevant employment checks prior to you commencing employment with us.
