You will be responsible for delivering growth in sales of Stallard Kane's Health & Safety, HR and Compliance services.\nWhat does the role of a Business Development Manager here involve?\nPromote Stallard Kane's range of services to stakeholders in the region.\n\nAchieve an annual financial growth target, which forms part of the overall company financial budget.\n\nSupport and develop existing relationships to retain existing revenue and increase policy sales.\n\nProspecting activities to establish new relationships, leading to new policy sales.\n\nManaging and handling queries in a professional and efficient manner.\n\nAttendance, as required, at industry exhibitions, dinners and other corporate events, which could be anywhere in the UK, to increase the profile of the Stallard Kane brand in the market.\n\nWorking as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues.\n\nKeep abreast of industry issues and activity that will have an impact on customers and stakeholders.\n\nWhat are we looking for in our next Senior Business Development Manager?\nPrevious experience of developing business within the Health & Safety market.\n\nMust have a full license and not be restricted from driving.\n\nA strong technical understanding of the HR/Health & Safety Markets\n\nExperience of delivering income targets.\n\nExperience of supporting proposition development, in respect to products, services and/or client servicing propositions.\n\nA confident public speaker, excellent presentation skills with an engaging style and confident presenting to audiences of different sizes.\n\nIn return you will be welcomed and supported by Stallard Kane, part of the Ardonagh family, with opportunities to earn your annual salary plus a role-based incentive plan and grow your career.
