This role is key to delivering global employee benefits programmes to a wide range of clients.\nYou’ll work closely with consultants, international broker partners, and internal teams to make sure clients receive a smooth, high-quality service. The role combines client contact with day-to-day coordination and administration, so it suits someone who enjoys managing relationships as well as keeping things organised.\nWhat you will do as a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator:\nThis is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all the following.\nManage a portfolio of global employee benefits clients, focusing on strong service and retention\n\nSupport consultants with new business opportunities and client proposals\n\nDeliver client work including renewals, programme design, and placing cover with providers\n\nAct as a main point of contact for clients and international partners\n\nCoordinate with in-country brokers and insurers to ensure programmes run smoothly\n\nHandle policy administration accurately and on time\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand services and generate additional revenue\n\nUse internal systems (CRM) to track activity, pipelines, and client work\n\nEnsure all activity meets regulatory and company standards\n\nWhat we are looking for in a Global Benefits Programme Coordinator:\nStrong experience in employee benefits, ideally in a global or broking environment\n\nProven track record of managing client relationships and portfolios\n\nGood understanding of how global benefits programmes operate\n\nConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skills\n\nWell organised with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities\n\nComfortable working with data, reports, and Microsoft Office tools\n\nExperience supporting new business activity is a bonus\n\nIF7 or GR1 qualified (or working towards Cert CII)\n\nKey skills and behaviours:\nClient-focused and professional in all interactions\n\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving ability\n\nAble to work both independently and as part of a team\n\nAdaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment\n\nProactive, with a willingness to suggest improvements and new ideas\n\nWhy join Everywhen?\nYou’ll be part of a collaborative, international team delivering solutions to a diverse client base.
