If you have a passion for risk assessment, a keen eye for detail and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!\nSo what does a Referral Technician here do?\nThis is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities:\nManage inbound referrals for both new and existing business as per delegated authority binders.\nMaintain SLA’s on offline workflows, diaries and inboxes to ensure all underwriting related work is completed within the requisite timeframe.\nComplete referrals to insurers where a risk is outside of our agreed authority limits.\nSupport management and delivery of insurer and regulatory change.\nWhat are we looking for in our next Referral Technician?\nThis is an opportunity for an organised individual who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs. It’s essential that you have knowledge of the insurance market, our products and fully understand general insurance regulation and business ethics. You will enjoy working in a team, helping and supporting others and be motivated to do and be your best every day.
