We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing Digital team, helping to shape and enhance digital products that support business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.\nWorking closely with Product Managers, Developers and key stakeholders across the business, you'll use research, insight and design thinking to create seamless digital journeys, transform complex processes into intuitive solutions, and champion user-centred design across our digital estate.\nPlease note: This is a fixed term contract opportunity of up to 12 months.\nWhat will you be doing as a UX/UI Designer?\nDesigning engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web-based platforms and products.\n\nCreating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools.\n\nConducting and contributing to user research, usability testing and validation activities to inform design decisions.\n\nTranslating complex business requirements and legacy processes into simple, intuitive digital solutions.\n\nSupporting and evolving design systems, component libraries and UI standards to ensure consistency across multiple brands and platforms.\n\nEnsuring designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.\n\nWorking collaboratively with Product Managers, Developers, business stakeholders and external agencies throughout the design and development lifecycle.\n\nProducing clear design documentation and supporting successful handover, testing and implementation of new solutions.\n\nContributing to innovation initiatives and helping drive continuous improvement across our digital products and services.\n\nWhat are we looking for in our next UX/UI Designer?\nSignificant experience in UX/UI design, ideally within complex digital environments.\n\nStrong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping and interactive design.\n\nExperience creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.\n\nSound understanding of user-centred design principles, usability testing and user research methodologies.\n\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements and customer insights into effective digital experiences.\n\nKnowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design and digital best practices.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS and component-based design) would be advantageous.\n\nExperience working within regulated industries, financial services, fintech or similarly complex environments would be highly beneficial.\n\n#AIB #LI-HC1 #LI-Remote INDX3\nEverywhen is an equal opportunities employer, with a growing and thriving diversity, equity and inclusion strategy; we are committed to a working environment that is free from discrimination, is inclusive, and empowers our people to bring their whole self to work and reach their full potential.\nIf your application is successful, we will conduct relevant employment checks prior to you commencing employment with us.
