You will collaborate across teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and help advance tools that directly impact decision making and outcomes in social services.\nWhat Will You Do?\nGet ready to:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance software systems that support Evident Change’s mission\nLead design discussions and provide architectural guidance across complex application development efforts\nConduct and lead code reviews, offering constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards and best practices\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting skill development and technical growth\nEvaluate and recommend tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and system performance\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions\nParticipate in incident response and root cause analysis to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement\nOur Compensation and Benefit Offerings\nThe national average salary for this position ranges between $108,500 and $115,000 per year.
