development, e.g. AI coding assistants and agents (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor), prompt and context engineering, and AI-supported code review and testing\n\nAbility to critically assess AI-generated C++ and Rust code for correctness, security and performance (e.g. memory safety, concurrency, undefined behaviour)\n\nNice to have: experience building agentic workflows or tooling (e.g. LLM APIs, tool calling, MCP, multi-agent patterns) and integrating them into CI/CD pipeline\n\nAcademic Background: A completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable field\n\nProfessional Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development for application software or large-scale professional systems\n\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, FDD) and
