The AI Engineer will play a key role to upskill the capability of systematic AI adoption for the entire organization. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand our business goals and identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases. The AI Engineer is responsible for successful implementation and delivery of new AI services.\nAt Evident, you will turn business needs into practical AI solutions for teams across finance, HR, sales, service, legal and quality assurance. You will own solutions from initial request through development and delivery, working directly with stakeholders and external partners.\nWhat you’ll do\nIdentify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams.\nDesign, build and scale AI services, including solutions using large language models and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).\nDeliver working solutions at pace and integrate them into business processes.\nGuide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders at all levels.\nHelp teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization.\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\nStrong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently.\nPractical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite.\nKnowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices.\nClear communication, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nA relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.\nThe role can be based in Prague, with remote working, or
