The CTO will take overall ownership of technology across our SaaS platform, Rider and Team Apps, AI-powered products, DMT (Data Monetisation Tool), and internal automation systems. The role requires strong technical leadership along with the ability to manage in-house teams, external development partners, and technology vendors.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine and execute EVIFY's technology strategy and product roadmap.\nLead development and scaling of the Hive SaaS platform, Rider App, Team App and Hive Copilot.\nDrive the development and commercial deployment of DMT and AI/data-driven products.\nBuild automation solutions across Operations, Finance, HR, Fleet and Marketing.\nEnsure high standards of system reliability, scalability, performance and security.\nLead architecture, API development, databases, cloud infrastructure and technical integrations.\nManage and evaluate in-house engineering teams, external developers, vendors and technical consultants.\nEstablish strong practices for code quality, documentation, testing, deployment and disaster recovery.\nBuild and mentor the technology team, including hiring senior engineering and DevOps talent.\nWork closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with business and commercial objectives.\nMonitor technology KPIs, project milestones, delivery timelines and product performance.\nRequirements:\n7+ years of experience in software/product development, with significant technical leadership experience.\nStrong expertise in MERN stack -
