Team Leadership : \n\n- Manage AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Scrum Leads, and Technical Leads.\n\n- Mentor and coach engineering teams.\n\n- Conduct performance reviews and support career development.\n\n- Drive engineering excellence and delivery best practices.\n\n3. Technical Leadership : \n\n- Review solution architecture and technical designs.\n\n- Guide teams on AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud platforms.\n\n- Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.\n\n- Collaborate with solution architects on technical decisions.\n\n4. Client Management : \n\n- Participate in discovery workshops and solution discussions.\n\n- Provide delivery updates to stakeholders.\n\n- Manage client expectations and resolve delivery issues.\n\n- Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.\n\n5.
