quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications.\n\n- Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Python.\n\n- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and/or Next.js.\n\n- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.\n\n- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.\n\n- Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes.\n\n- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\n- Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\n\n- Contribute to technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development, with significant experience in Full Stack development.\n\n- Strong expertise in Python backend development.\n\n- Good hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js.\n\n- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.\n\n- Good understanding of REST APIs, web application architecture, and backend services.\n\n- Experience in designing and developing scalable applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and testing.\n\n- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.\n\n- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication and collaboration skills.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- Backend : Python\n\n- Frontend : React /
