Job Title : ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location : Bengaluru (Remote)

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow ITSM applications, including:

- Incident Management (IM)

- Problem Management (PM)

- Change Management (CM)

- Request Management (RM)

- Knowledge Management (KM)

- Service Catalog

- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

- Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and catalog items.

- Analyze ServiceNow ticketing and CMDB data to support attribute mapping and data import into enterprise data orchestration platforms.

- Build reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to monitor operational KPIs and service performance.

- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Support CMDB health initiatives, Discovery, and Service Mapping activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, security guidelines, and coding standards.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, code reviews, testing, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.

- Contribute to platform optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

- Experience with:

1. CMDB

2. Discovery

3. Service Mapping

4. ITOM modules

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools such as Git.
