The Company reserves the right to alter these benefits and perks in whole or in part at any time.\n*Benefit not eligible for seasonal employees\nThe Opportunity\nReceive and Process Products:\nAccurately and promptly receive products from vendors. \nOrganize the processing, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. \nInventory Management:\nOrganize stocks and maintain inventory. \nExecute Inbound, Outbound, Reverse Logistics, and Inventory Control procedures. \nEquipment Maintenance:\nEnsure equipment is maintained in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. \nOperate equipment safely and efficiently. \nCommunication and Collaboration:\nCommunicate with team members and team leads courteously, respectfully, and professionally. \nReport procedural or safety issues promptly to the Lead, Supervisor, or designated staff. \nCompliance:\nAdhere to OSHA, State L&I, and company standards. \nAttend Shift and Department meetings as scheduled. \nAttendance and Participation:\nMaintain acceptable attendance according to evo Attendance Policy. \nActively participate in housekeeping tasks as requested \nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nThe Must Haves\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \nMust be able to read, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. \nCustomer service, adaptability, time management \nFamiliarity with computer systems, warehouse management systems, parcel manifest systems and computerized scanning equipment is a plus. \nEmbodies, honors, and lives our core values: The Great 8 \nThe Nice to Haves\nSporting goods, retail, or warehouse experience preferred. \nAt evo, we are working to build and nurture a culture where equity, inclusivity, and compassion are inherent to how we operate and evolve.
