They warmly greet and assist customers, provide product recommendations, and maintain a clean and organized space. Our Retail Associates operate cash registers, handle will-call orders, and manage customer waitlists efficiently. They also contribute to store opening and closing tasks, ensuring that the shopping environment is welcoming and well-maintained. The Company reserves the right to alter these benefits and perks in whole or in part at any time.\nThe Opportunity\nCreate positive and memorable customer interactions, in some cases, giving lessons in product use. \nWarmly greet customers, provide prompt assistance, and offer product recommendations. \nKeep all customer facing environments clean, organized, and visually appealing. \nOperate cash registers and process customer payments. \nEfficiently handle will-call orders. \nManage customer waitlists and communicate estimated wait times. \nExecute store operations tasks including, but not limited to; inventory receiving and processing, ship from store and product restocking, \nLearn and develop technical product knowledge and expertise. \nEducate customers about technical elements of our product, ask strategic questions and support customers in getting the best product for their upcoming adventure. \nOther duties as assigned. \nRequirements\nThe Must Haves\nPrevious experience in the retail industry is a plus, but not mandatory. \nWillingness to learn about the products and services offered. \nAdaptability, attention to detail, cash handling, communication, conflict resolution, customer service, inventory management multitasking, product knowledge, teamwork \nEmbodies, honors, and lives our core values: The Great 8 \nThe Nice to Haves\nExperience with Point of Sales System preferred. \nAt evo, we are working to build and nurture a culture where equity, inclusivity, and compassion are inherent to how we operate and evolve.
