By joining Evoca, you will get:\n\n health insurance;\n\n travel insurance;\n\n favorable terms of Evoca products and services; \n\n holiday and year-end bonuses;\n\n bonuses on marriage, birth of a child; \n\n paid days off;\n\n sport package; \n\n English language trainings;\n\n large opportunities for continuous leaning and development (participation in international conferences, business trips abroad, opportunities to get international certifications and study in top universities worldwide).\n\nResponsibilitiesWhat will you be doing?\n\n configure, administer, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco network devices;\n\n manage and support routing and switching environments, including VLAN, STP, OSPF and BGP;\n\n configure and administer firewalls and network security policies;\n\n configure and maintain VPN, NAT, ACL and other network security services;\n\n administer and support LAN/WAN infrastructure;\n\n monitor network availability, health, performance and capacity;\n\n configure and maintain network monitoring tools, dashboards, alerts and notifications;\n\n investigate network alerts, connectivity issues, performance degradation and service interruptions;\n\n troubleshoot network incidents and perform root cause analysis;\n\n manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP-related issues;\n\n monitor network traffic and identify performance or security-related issues;\n\n perform network device software updates, upgrades, backups and preventive maintenance;\n\n maintain network device configurations and ensure configuration backups are up to date;\n\n participate in network infrastructure implementation, upgrades, migrations and expansion projects;\n\n support the implementation and maintenance of network security standards and access controls;\n\n maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, procedures and infrastructure inventories.\n\nRequired qualificationsWhat are we looking for?\n\n bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or another technical field;\n\n relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA) will be considered an advantage;\n\n at least 3 years of relevant professional experience;\n\n excellent knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);\n\n hands-on experience with network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and network solutions, including Cisco and Palo Alto;\n\n experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools;\n\n excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;\n\n good command of Russian and English.\n\nAdditional informationHow to apply?
