Our roots in employee-managed operations reflect our commitment to quality, consistency, and client success.\nIf you enjoy working in a hyper-fast-growing company, are eager to be part of an agile team, and want to be part of our success story, then let's talk!\nRole Overview\nAs a Vulnerability Management Analyst, you will support targeted vulnerability scanning and patching coordination that keeps our clients' environments secure without taking over their remediation ownership.\nYou will be responsible for giving operational and executive stakeholders the clear, risk-prioritized reporting they need to make timely, informed decisions.\nWhat You Will Do\nIn this role, you will:\nPerform vulnerability scanning support within approved scope and toolsets\nSupport patching coordination, prioritization, and tracking with responsible infrastructure, application, cloud, and regional teams\nDevelop recurring vulnerability and patching reports for operational and executive stakeholders\nCreate, route, and track tickets for identified vulnerabilities through the applicable ITSM or remediation workflow\nSupport risk-based decision making by helping prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, exploitability, asset criticality, exposure, and business impact\nDocument remediation actions, exceptions, risk decisions, and closure evidence\nCoordinate with client stakeholders while preserving client ownership of remediation decisions and operational accountability\nWhat You Will Bring\nThe top candidate will have the following skills:\n5+ years' experience in vulnerability management and patch governance\nExperience with Tenable; Rapid7; Qualys; Zafran; Vulnerability scanning and reporting; Patch governance and remediation tracking; ITSM ticket creation and workflow coordination; Risk-based prioritization and exception documentation\nA passion for helping clients reduce risk through disciplined, well-documented remediation tracking\nAbility to build reporting that helps non-technical stakeholders understand risk and urgency\nAn undying concern about unresolved vulnerabilities slipping through the cracks\nA willingness to coordinate across infrastructure, application, cloud, and regional teams\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills -- this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings\nIdeally you have...\nA degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field\nAbility to support multiple regional teams and scanning toolsets concurrently\nKey Deliverables\nVulnerability scanning support\nPatching coordination and tracking\nOperational and executive vulnerability reports\nTicket creation and remediation workflow tracking\nRisk-based prioritization support\nRisk decision and exception documentation\nClosure evidence and remediation status documentation\nPay Range for jobs in the US.\nPay Range\n$55—$75 USD\nOur Values\nWe are privileged to serve our loyal customer base in our mission to build lasting relationships with our clients based on trust and mutual success.
