Have good communication skill, Customer facing skill share good to have and must to have skills.\n\nMust Have Skills : \n\n- 3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.\n\n- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).\n\n- Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.\n\n- Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance.\n\n- Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.\n\n- Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.\n\n- Good understanding of customized business processes/templates.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication and customer-facing skills.\n\n- Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM.\n\nGood to Have Skills : \n\n- Cross-functional integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD, and LE.\n\n- Technical knowledge of Debugging, Workflows, and IDocs.\n\n- Experience in preparing solution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\n- Exposure to KPI-driven support
