In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring the availability, health, and performance of our production systems, ensuring business-critical services remain operational around the clock.\nYou'll be the first line of response to production alerts, working closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to identify issues, perform initial troubleshooting, coordinate incident response, and help maintain high service availability.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment, solving operational challenges, and contributing to the stability of large-scale systems.\nWhat you will be doing:\nContinuously monitor production systems, applications, and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring platforms.\nRespond promptly to alerts, investigate incidents, and perform first-line troubleshooting.\nCreate, update, and manage incident tickets, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the incident lifecycle.\nEscalate complex technical issues to the appropriate engineering teams while following established operational procedures.\nExecute operational runbooks, health checks, and routine operational tasks.\nProvide clear and comprehensive shift handovers to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.\nCommunicate service status and incident updates to relevant stakeholders.\nContribute to maintaining high service availability and operational excellence.\nRequirements\nWho we are looking for:\nPrevious experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Operations, Technical Support, or similar operational environment is an advantage.\nBasic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN), IT infrastructure, and production environments\nFamiliarity with monitoring, logging, and ticketing platforms is an advantage.\nStrong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\nA high level of ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.\nAvailability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.\nNice to Have:\nExperience working with one or more of the following technologies:\nNagios XI\nNew Relic\nGrafana\nZabbix\nSplunk\nServiceNow\n*Please provide an English CV with your application.\nWhat we offer:\nOur roles offer more than just a job, you’ll become part of the evoke family!
