Assist in managing day-to-day activities of the software engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Deliver along with the team.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create technical roadmaps.\nOversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.\nConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and coding guidelines.\nParticipate in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system performance and reliability.\nPromote the adoption of agile methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvements.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.\nPrepare and present project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to deliver production work.\nStrong prompt engineering skills, with experience in AI-assisted testing and AI-enabled delivery practices.\nExperience with machine learning data pipelines, vector search technologies, document processing pipelines, or AI data preparation techniques.\nWorking knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality, and observability practices supporting AI-enabled solutions.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a team leadership role.\nProficiency in one or more programming languages, such as C# or Python, and relevant frameworks.\nExperience with modern software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and experience with data engineering technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)\nKnowledge and experience with modern data engineering patterns (e.g., Data Vault, dimensional modeling, data products, lakehouse architecture, feature flags, event-driven systems, DAGs).\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to scalability and performance.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\nFamiliarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools for deployment automation.\nA proactive approach to leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.\nApply AI-assisted engineering techniques across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, pipeline and code development, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational monitoring.\nIterate with AI on solution design and architecture, evaluating alternatives, revising existing architecture, and producing design artifacts for review.\nSet the standard for validating AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, compliance, and business appropriateness, including when reviewing the AI-assisted work of other engineers.\nDesign and support data platforms and governed datasets that enable machine learning, analytics, and generative AI workloads.\nContribute reusable prompts, skills, agents, engineering playbooks, and AI-assisted development patterns that benefit the broader engineering organization.\nEnsure AI usage complies with enterprise policies for intellectual property protection, security, privacy, PHI handling, and Responsible AI standards.\nTo ensure a secure hiring process we have implemented several identity verification steps, including submission of a government issued photo ID.
