We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Implementation team.\nThe selected candidates will lead execution of implementations and internal initiatives that enable Evolent’s enterprise strategy and growth as well as support growing team members through mentoring and skill development.\nCollaboration Opportunities:\nAs part of the Implementation team, the Project Manager will collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, Business and Testing Analysts on strategic initiatives and partner implementations. This role entails frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nWith minimal supervision, guide day-to-day activities for at least one strategic initiative or partner project\nDevelop, monitor, and manage project work plan, deliverables, and activities\nIndependently facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate project status\nIdentify and manage dependencies and project impacts across business areas\nProactively identify, monitor, document, and communicate project risks and issues\nHold project team accountable to critical path timelines to ensure deadlines are met\nBuild and maintain relationships with project team members, business owners, building an internal network of trusted partners.\nCraft communications by considering both the audience and situation\nQualifications (Required and Preferred):\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\n1-2 years of health care management and/or consulting experience\n1-2 years of project management\nStrong client management or customer service skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously\nExpert knowledge of MS Office products\nPrevious health care knowledge, preferably in one of more of the following areas: provider systems, health plan operations, implementations, payer contracting, alternative payment models, delegated risk, or ACOs / CINs\nPreferred working knowledge of AdaptiveWork (or other project management application), Confluence, JIRA\nPreferred PMP project management certification\nTo ensure a secure hiring process we have implemented several identity verification steps, including submission of a government issued photo ID. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees.
