Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions, ensuring \nscalability and maintainability.\n2. Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices that support critical business \nfunctions.\n3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and \nother engineers, to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n4. Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to \nbest coding practices.\n5. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical \nexcellence.\n6. Identify and implement improvements to the software development lifecycle, including \nautomation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\n7. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working to ensure high availability and reliability of \nservices.\n8. Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development \nprocesses and team productivity.\n9. Drive the technical vision for projects, contributing to architectural discussions and long-term \nplanning.\n10. Apply AI-assisted development techniques throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational support.\n Requirements\n1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or \nequivalent practical experience.\n2. 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of \ndelivering complex, scalable applications.\n3. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python and familiarity with \ntheir ecosystems.\n4. Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, such as microservices, event-driven/clean \narchitecture, and RESTful API design.\n5. Experience with building and maintaining legacy ASP.NET web applications.\n6. Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and container \norchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.\n7. Expertise in database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL databases.\n8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues \nquickly.\n9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, present to \nstakeholders, and write detailed documentation\n10. Experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.\n11. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees.
