Reporting to our Head of Talent, you'll partner with hiring managers to find and hire great people across a wide range of disciplines, helping to shape the teams that will drive Evolito's future success.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nSupport the Head of Talent with all recruitment activity from role brief meetings with hiring managers through to offer approval\nWork closely with our People Partners to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities\nProduce engaging job adverts and support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions\nSource candidates through direct applications, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referrals, networking and other appropriate channels\nConduct initial screening interviews against role requirements and company values\nPresent high-quality shortlists and candidate insights to hiring managers\nManage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience\nCoordinate interviews, assessments and selection activities\nSupport hiring managers with structured interviewing techniques and best-practice selection methods\nFacilitate interview feedback discussions and support evidence-based hiring decisions\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs\nTrack recruitment activity and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System\nProduce hiring activity updates for stakeholders in conjunction with the People Partners\nSupport employer branding initiatives, careers events, university engagement and recruitment marketing campaigns\nEnsure recruitment processes are compliant with employment legislation, right-to-work requirements, data privacy regulations and internal policies\nWork closely with the Head of Talent to ensure recruitment activity aligns with business priorities and workforce plans\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring efficiency\nSupport with IR35 assessments and managing contractor onboarding.\nSkills and experience required:\nPrevious proven experience as an internal Talent or Recruitment Partner, ideally within an aerospace or automotive environment\nProven experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously\nStrong direct sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other proactive search techniques\nExperience partnering with hiring managers across multiple business functions, including engineering and manufacturing\nExperience coordinating interview and assessment processes\nStrong recruitment administration and ATS management experience\nAbility to influence hiring decisions through evidence and market insight\nDemonstrated commitment to delivering positive candidate and hiring manager
