You start from the evolo playbook, shape each agent around the client’s buyers and sales motion, build it on our platform and get it live. Then you make sure it performs: you track conversion, tune the agent and prove the ROI the client takes to their own leadership.\nYou’re a strategist who builds. You bring the thinking on what will convert, you own the number each agent moves, and you spot where the next conversion agent should go across the client’s organization.\nYou’ll join a team of high-performers who are excited about driving client impact. This is a founding-team seat with equity. The people we hire this year shape evolo’s product, culture and standards, and this seat grows with the company.\nWhy evolo\nFor every complex product, the real answers still sit behind a sales call. You design each agent’s journey, qualification logic and prompts, use AI tools and our playbooks to generate the scripts and interactive pages, and configure it on the evolo platform. You work with our engineers on integrations and fixes, while they own production code. We’ll teach you the platform.\nDeploy from the playbook. Match each client’s objective to the right evolo conversion agent and a success metric agreed before the build. Keep every agent focused on turning content into conversion.\n\nLead every deployment across our core and strategic accounts, from discovery to a live, client-facing agent. Quality and timelines are yours.\n\nFind impact during delivery. Spot higher-value conversion use cases, sharper qualification logic and expansion opportunities while work is in flight, and bring them to the client.\n\nProve the results. Build performance reports, run iterations and A/B tests, and turn the findings into a clear story the client takes to their own leadership.\n\nGrow the account. Expand each strategic client from one agent to several, across new lines of business and teams.\n\nMake the platform better. Turn recurring patterns and gaps into concrete product and playbook improvements with product and engineering.\n\nMove through compliance and legal review without losing momentum.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nTypically 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management or client-facing solutions roles, including leading client engagements end to end\n\nYou scope before you build: you can show a senior client what will drive conversion, beyond what they first asked for\n\nA structured problem solver who turns a fuzzy business question into a clear plan, then executes it\n\nFluent with AI tools: you already use them every day to research, write, build and analyse\n\nTrusted by senior clients: you hold the line on quality and impact while finding the way forward with them\n\nStrong analytical skills: you turn the numbers into clear recommendations\n\nComfortable in regulated environments, where compliance and legal review are part of every launch\n\nYou ship, follow up and take the next step before anyone asks\n\nNice to have: financial services, insurance or wealth experience; basic HTML and CSS; French or Spanish\n\nIf you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you.\nWhat success looks like\nFirst 90 days: you lead deployment of every agent across our core and strategic accounts. You’ve reset the scope of at least one engagement toward higher-impact work, and clients see you as their go-to for strategy, not just status updates.\n\nBy 6 months: every agent you lead launches on schedule against a success metric agreed before the build. Your accounts show measurable conversion lift and ROI that clients cite in their own renewal decisions. Agents launch faster with less rework because of the playbook you’ve sharpened, and the top recurring platform gaps have gone from you to product and engineering as shipped fixes.\n\nBy 12 months: you’ve expanded each strategic account from one agent to several, across new lines of business and teams in their organization.
