Product Engineering Development :\n\n- Lead end-to-end embedded product development lifecycle:\n\n1. Hardware design (PCB, schematics, component selection).\n\n2. Firmware development (Drivers, BSP, RTOS/Linux/Android layers).\n\n3. Software application development.\n\n4. OS customization (Android/Linux-based systems).\n\n- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance architecture design.\n\n2. Technology Strategy Innovation :\n\n- Define and drive technology roadmap aligned with business goals.\n\n- Lead innovation in:\n\n1. Embedded and edge devices (HHT, POS, payment solutions).\n\n2. Identity solutions (biometric, authentication platforms).\n\n- Evaluate and onboard new technologies, chipsets, Solutions and platforms.\n\n3. Secure Systems Compliance :\n\n- Ensure implementation of:\n\n1. OTA update frameworks.\n\n2. Compliance with standards (PCI, EMV, UIDAI, MOSIP, etc.).\n\n- Drive security-first architecture across all products.\n\n4. Delivery Project Ownership :\n\n- Own end-to-end project delivery :\n\n1. Timelines.\n\n2. Quality.\n\n3. Cost.\n\n- Ensure on-time execution of multiple concurrent programs/Projects.\n\n- Drive cross-functional alignment (Product, Operations, QA, Support).\n\n5. Team Leadership Capability Building :\n\n- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams :\n\n1. Hardware.\n\n2. Firmware.\n\n3. Software.\n\n4. SQA Validation.\n\n- Build strong engineering culture, processes, and best practices.\n\n- Drive hiring, training, and capability enhancement.\n\n6. Vendor Partner Management :\n\n- Manage relationships with :\n\n1. Component vendors.\n\n2. Technology partners.\n\n3. ODM/OEM partners.\n\n- Drive technical collaborations and co-development initiatives.\n\n7. Quality, Process Continuous Improvement :\n\n- Establish engineering processes:\n\n1. Design reviews.\n\n2. Code quality.\n\n3. Documentation standards.\n\n- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement (Kaizen).\n\nKey Competencies :\n\n1. Experience :\n\n- 15+ years in embedded systems/product engineering.\n\n- Proven track record of successful deployment of multiple large-scale products.\n\n- Experience in fintech / payments / identity ecosystem preferred.\n\n2. Technical Expertise :\n\n- Strong experience in :\n\n1. Embedded hardware design.\n\n2. Firmware (C/C++, RTOS, Linux, Android BSP).\n\n3. Application/software development.\n\n4. OS customization (Android/Linux).\n\n- Knowledge of :\n\n1. Secure boot, encryption, PKI, OTA.\n\n2. Communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP).\n\n3.
