In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring accounting professional looking to build a solid foundation in corporate finance within a collaborative and supportive environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nInvoice Processing: Receive, review, and enter daily vendor invoices and credit memos into the accounting system with high accuracy.\nMatching & Verification: Perform 2-way or 3-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.\n Payment Preparation: Assist in preparing weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and ensure timely vendor disbursements.\nVendor Management: Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes professionally.\nRecord Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all accounts payable documentation, receipts, and approvals.\nAudit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits by pulling documentation and preparing requested schedules.\nAd-Hoc Projects: Assist the finance and accounting team with month-end close procedures and other administrative finance tasks as needed.\n Experience: Relevant experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting (internships and relevant coursework will be considered).\nEducation: High school diploma required;
