We thrive on remaining an award-winning digital powerhouse of entertainment products and services.\n We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Integration Delivery Manager to drive the successful coordination of operator integrations, game and product rollouts, Jira requests, due diligence, compliance requirements and other key delivery initiatives.\nThis role acts as a central delivery link between Commercial, Integration, Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations and external operator partners. You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, track dependencies and blockers, maintain clear delivery plans, and ensure projects progress from initiation through launch and handover.\nThis is a hands-on mid-level role for someone who does more than maintain trackers - you will be expected to actively drive delivery, challenge delays, coordinate stakeholders and keep launches on track.\nKey Responsibilities\nIntegration & Launch Management\nCoordinate new operator and online casino integrations from initiation through to successful launch.\nMaintain project plans, timelines, milestones and launch-readiness trackers.\nCoordinate technical, commercial, operational and regulatory dependencies across internal and external teams.\nIdentify blockers and schedule risks early and drive corrective action or escalation where required.\nCoordinate post-launch handover into the relevant business-as-usual teams.\nProduct & Game Rollouts\nCoordinate the rollout of new games, products and features across new and existing operators.\nTrack approvals, technical requirements, market readiness and operator dependencies.\nWork with Product, Commercial, Integration and Compliance teams to support on-time launches\nJira & Cross-Functional Delivery\nCoordinate and track relevant Jira requests and delivery actions.\nEnsure requests have clear owners, priorities, deadlines and supporting information.\nFollow up on outstanding actions and provide visibility of bottlenecks, delays and dependencies.\nDue Diligence\nCoordinate the end-to-end due diligence process between internal teams and external stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate DD trackers and ensure requests, documentation and outstanding actions are progressed.\nAct as a key coordination link between Commercial, Compliance, Legal and other relevant teams.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline DD processes and tracking.\nCompliance & Regulatory Coordination\nCoordinate compliance and regulatory requirements linked to integrations, product launches and new game releases.\nTrack required documentation, approvals, certifications and market-specific requirements.\nMaintain visibility of compliance-related blockers and escalate where necessary.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a central coordination point between internal teams, operator partners and other external stakeholders.\nProvide accurate and timely delivery updates and manage expectations around timelines and dependencies.\nFacilitate project meetings, track actions and ensure decisions are documented and followed through.\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management\nProactively identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies.\nMaintain clear risk, action, issue and dependency tracking with accountable owners and target dates.\nEscalate material risks before they impact launch or delivery timelines.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain accurate project documentation, schedules, trackers and status reports.\nProvide regular delivery updates to management and key stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates and tracking tools.\nExperience & Qualifications\nEssential\nApproximately 2-4 years' experience in project management, implementation, integrations, delivery management or a similar role.\nExperience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.\nStrong experience working across internal teams and external stakeholders.\nExperience using project management or ticketing tools such as Jira.\nStrong planning, organisation, communication and follow-through skills.\nProactive problem-solving ability with a strong focus on delivery.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAdvantageous\nExperience in online gaming, iGaming, casino, betting, technology or another regulated digital industry.\nExperience with online casino integrations, platform implementations or product rollouts.\nExperience coordinating compliance, regulatory or due diligence processes.\nUnderstanding of online casino products, game content and operator platforms.\nFormal project management qualification or certification.\n Salary and Perks:\nCareer growth opportunities \nAn inclusive and diverse workplace, like-minded colleagues\nYou will be paid a competitive and market related salary on a cost to company basis.
