You will receive comprehensive training and gradually take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience develop.\nCore Responsibilities\nMaintain employee files and review supporting documents in Bulgarian, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\n\nHandle employee queries and explain administrative requirements to Bulgarian-speaking colleagues.\n\nSupport the processing of employment documentation, including organising signatures, scanning and archiving.\n\nSupport absence and benefits administration.\n\nMaintain HR databases and update employee information in HR systems.\n\nAssist with monthly payroll preparation by collecting and checking relevant information.\n\nContribute to the improvement of HR administration processes.\n\nSupport other HR administrative activities and ad hoc tasks as required.\n\nAs you gain experience, your responsibilities will expand to include:\nPreparing and checking employment documents, including employment contracts, annexes, declarations and termination paperwork.\n\nSupporting correspondence with local institutions and external providers where required.\n\nTaking greater ownership of HR administrative activities, with guidance from the team.\n\n Fluency in written and spoken Bulgarian and a good command of English;
