It is expected that you will engage in visual motion and interactive design in our products. You should be able to deliver high quality and timely execution animated solutions and should be eager to push boundaries to achieve the most effective results by collaborating in brainstorming sessions as part of an international team of professionals.\nKey responsibilities:\nCreate high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance the UI, making the games more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.\n\nProduce visual interactive outcomes to improve visual feedback clarification during game actions.\n\nCreate animations with visual cues to guide the player's attention.\n\nDesign beautiful, functional, and cohesive visual animations aligned with our games and brand consistency.\n\nActively contribute to design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions.\n\nWork closely with UI/UX designers, managers, product owners, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define more engaging and attractive games, providing visual storytelling.\n\nPrepare final assets and specifications for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution.\n\nPresent concepts, animated visuals, and enhancement of insights to stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate effectively in an agile environment, supporting the team in fast-paced delivery cycles.\n\nStay up to date on motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices.\n\nOperate independently or as part of a team while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.\n\nExpectations from the company:\nDeliver high-quality work under tight deadlines high-quality within the brands' identity and standards.\n\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience in motion design or similar creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful motion graphics and animation work (B2B experience is a plus).\n\nBachelor’s degree in animation or related to the design field.\n\nDeep expertise in motion graphics and animation.\n\nStrong understanding of animation principles.\n\nExperience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.\n\nAbility to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCollaborative mindset.\n\nExcellent communication in English (advanced level required).\n\nNice-to-have:\nKnowledge of Spine or Rive is a plus.\n\nExperience with Figma is a plus.\n\nExperience in the iGaming / Gaming industry is a
