Now we are looking for an Office Receptionist.
- Greet, assist, and/or direct all visitors including customers, newcomers, clients and vendors to host employees;
- Top management visits/meetings organization;
- Incoming & outgoing correspondence;
- Office related taxi services & transfers;
- Daily security questions, cooperation with security guards;
- Swiped On system daily maintenance;
- Document flow for incoming/outgoing mails & cargo (Post Office, International courier services);
- Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word; processing, data entry and research;
- Additional projects based Office Management needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or student);
- 1 year experience in office management, customer service, administration, or any other related field;
- Fluent Georgian and English language skills (verbal and written);
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details;
- The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks;
- Multitasking- flexible and adaptable approach to work;
- The ability to work independently and in a team.
