This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving candidates\nthrough the hiring process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.\nThe ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nYou'll play a key role in keeping hiring pipelines active, filling hiring classes, and building\nexcitement about opportunities at Evolution.\nResponsibilities\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding\nConduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication\nDrive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach\nBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs\nPartner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals\nTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records\nSupport sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach\n 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume environment\nExperience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles\nHigh-energy, positive, and relationship-driven\nStrong communication and candidate engagement skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail\nComfortable working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems\nPreferred\nKnowledge of the Atlantic
