ERG has completed over 5,000 trials and continues to expand into high-need therapeutic areas in the U.S. and globally.\nJob Description:\nThe Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the clinical research facility. This role supports clinical operations by ensuring patient care areas, laboratories, offices, and common spaces meet established cleanliness, infection control, and regulatory standards. The Housekeeper plays an essential role in creating a professional environment that supports research participants, staff, and study sponsors.\nResponsibilities:\nMaking beds and handling laundry throughout the facility\nClean and sanitize patient exam rooms, treatment areas, laboratories, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas according to established schedules and protocols.\nDisinfect high-touch surfaces using approved cleaning agents and infection prevention procedures.\nRestock restroom, kitchen, and housekeeping supplies as needed.\nSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces to maintain a clean and professional appearance.\nClean windows, glass partitions, doors, and other interior surfaces.\nMonthly cleaning of walls and vacuuming ac vents to remove dust and debris.\nFollow infection control procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).\nReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to the appropriate supervisor.\nAssist with room setup and cleaning before and after participant visits or research activities.\nMaintain housekeeping equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and securely.\nFollow all facility policies, OSHA safety standards, HIPAA confidentiality requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines as applicable.\nSupport emergency cleaning needs and special projects as assigned.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nEducation and experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nRequirements\nPrevious housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred.\nExperience in a healthcare, laboratory, hospital, or clinical setting is highly desirable.\nKnowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection prevention practices.\nAbility to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.\nExcellent time management and organizational skills.\nAbility to communicate professionally with staff,
