Plus, we offer competitive benefits include medical and dental coverage, a matching 401(k), and paid time off to recharge.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Psychometric Rater, you will be responsible forthe organization, administration, management, and efficient execution of clinical ratings associated with clinical trials.You will work closely with a team of researchers and clinicians to ensure that all study protocols are followed, and that data is collected in a timely and ethical manner. The Rater works under the direction of the Principal Investigator and the Site Director and maintains accurate and confidential documentation of study participants. In executing these responsibilities, the Rater is guided by FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant workplace practices, and company standard operating procedures.\nResponsibilities:\nAdminister and score tests to study participants\nEnsure accurate and efficient data collection\nFollow study protocols and ethical guidelines\nCollaborate with a team of researchers and clinicians\nEnsure the applicable license is current and valid.\nObtain detailed knowledge of all components of a study protocol relevant to completion of rating scales through review and analysis of study information with Principal Investigator and Site Director prior to the effective date of the study.\nReview with Principal Investigator and Site Director, any components of the study for which additional information or clarification are required prior to the initiation of the study.\nManage aspects of the study related to ratings with the rater training representative, study sponsor, Site Director, and Principal Investigator to ensure compliance with protocol requirements.\nAssist in recruitment efforts as directed by PI or Site Director\nCollect demographic, medical, psychiatric, and medication history during prescreening interviews for the purpose of determining eligibility for clinical trial participation.\nObtain and document subject consent using the prescreen informed consent.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s, RN, or master’s degree required;
