This role will operate at divisional level and be responsible for shaping, delivering and governing key data capabilities that support decision-making, operational effectiveness and risk management across the RNG organisation.\nThe successful candidate will be a booster for teams across Commercial, Product, Fraud, Customer Support, Engineering and Operations. This person will be expected to bring structure, ownership and forward-looking thinking to critical data assets, reporting, monitoring routines and governance practices across RNG.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Intelligence & Data Analytics\nProvide organisational support for RNG by handling ad-hoc data requests covering commercial performance, product data, fraud detection and Tier 2 customer support / operator issues.\nLead the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Tableau dashboards used across RNG, including governance of user access, licences and permission levels.\nContribute to the unification and maintenance of RNG data resources, supporting data governance standards, data consistency and effective usage across the organisation.\nTranslate business needs into robust datasets, reporting solutions and practical governance improvements that reduce manual effort and improve decision quality across the RNG organisation.\nDrive data-related projects from concept through implementation, collaborating across functions to deliver measurable business value.\nPromote strong standards in data quality, documentation, governance and stakeholder communication across the RNG Division.\nFraud Monitoring\nFurther develop fraud monitoring toolset and data framework across all RNG game providers.\nDrive the further advancement of fraud detection capabilities, ensuring that monitoring approaches remain effective as game complexity evolves.\nWork towards improving the scope, accuracy and effectiveness of the fraud detection toolset and related monitoring processes.\nHelp improve monitoring practices, operational routines and data structures that enable earlier detection of anomalies, player exploits, defects and suspicious behaviour.\nSeveral years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering or a comparable senior data role.\nStrong SQL capability and proven experience building analytical datasets, reporting layers and decision-support solutions.\nDemonstrated experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Superset or similar platforms, including ownership of reporting assets and user enablement.\nAbility to operate credibly with senior stakeholders and to balance hands-on delivery with broader ownership and prioritisation.\nExperience working with data governance, data quality improvement and cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nA proactive, structured and outcome-focused mindset with the ability to independently drive work forward.\nNice to Have\nExperience with AWS technologies such as Athena\nExperience with data management, data catalogues or operational data tools such as no-code database platforms.\nExposure to fraud analytics, anomaly detection, game monitoring or risk-related analytical domains.\nExperience with Python or other scripting languages for automation and advanced analysis.\nExperience with version control and development best practices such as Git and CI/CD workflows.\nBackground in gaming, iGaming or other digitally native, data-rich environments.\nOur benefits are\nCompetitive pension, health and medical insurance\n30 paid vacation days\nFitness benefit (Friskvårdsbidrag)\nProfessional growth\nSport activities, parties, team buildings\nWhether you’re exploring the next big release on our roadmap or revisiting a legend in our games section.
