channels mainly for high-volume recruitment;\nEnsure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding processes;\nIdentify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally;\nUndertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively;\nDevelop strong external knowledge of corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders; e.g. market analysis, candidate profiling
