You'll recruit across a wide range of roles, including Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, and other specialized technical positions. You'll partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs, develop creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to help build high-performing teams working at the forefront of building AI products for the Insurance space.\nRequirements:\n4+ years of technical recruiting experience preferably in startup/scaleup environments\nATS proficient and savvy in other systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, etc). Workday experience is a plus. \nPitch and sell candidates on the opportunity. Work directly with hiring managers. \nExpertise writing compelling sourcing messages and attracting passive candidates \nEnthusiastic / positive outlook, and a high motor to come in be extremely productive while working independently with team and management support\nAbility to work out on our NYC or Chicago office a couple days/week preferred \nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders that demonstrate quantifiable progress in filling roles\nConduct ~5 technical candidate interviews each day \nStrategically source 50-100+ candidates per week with the goal of achieving a 20%+ response rate \nUtilize resources at your disposal such as: job ads, sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a pipeline of amazing talent \nPerks:\nCompetitive hourly wage (~$60/hour with flexibility based on exp) as a 1099 contractor\nAbility to work hybrid from our NYC or Chicago office and at home\nContract length will be 3 months to start with potential to be extended\nOpportunity to gain experience at a rapidly growing tech company in the AI / Insurtech space!\nEvolutionIQ appreciates your interest in our company as a place of employment.
