classroom, virtual and practical training.\nEmbedding consultative sales methodologies into everyday recruitment behaviours.\nRunning regular one-to-one coaching sessions with consultants across the business.\nListening to calls, analysing performance trends and providing practical feedback.\nSupporting consultants with business development, opportunity progression, account development and stakeholder engagement.\nWorking closely with Directors and Managers to improve coaching standards and consultant capability.\nCreating development programmes, workshops and learning resources that drive measurable performance improvement.\nSupporting key initiatives including the Million Biller Pathway and future consultant development programmes. \nWhat Success Looks Like\nConsultants become be:\nA Recruitment Trainer\nSales Trainer\nL&D Consultant\nLearning & Development Manager\nRecruitment Manager with a passion for development\nSales Coach\nCapability or Performance Specialist\nYou'll have experience in:\n\nConsultative sales environments\nRecruitment or professional services\nTraining delivery and facilitation\nOne-to-one coaching\nOnboarding and capability development\nBusiness development and account growth\nPerformance improvement and behavioural change\nMost importantly, you'll be able to turn sales knowledge into practical behaviours that improve consultant performance.
