The ideal candidate should have experience with SQL, Automation Anywhere, other RPA technologies, and at least one programming language.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Power Automate Desktop flows/bots.\nDevelop and support automation solutions using PAD, with a minimum of 10+ flows/bots.\nWrite and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, manipulation, and automation requirements.\nIntegrate SQL-based data operations with Power Automate Desktop workflows.\nDevelop, troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain Automation Anywhere bots.\nWork with other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.\nProvide production support for Power Automate automation projects.\nAnalyse automation failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\nMonitor automation processes and ensure timely resolution of production issues.\nUtilise ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or other ITSM tools for incident, problem, and service request management.\nCollaborate with development, business, and support teams to resolve automation-related issues.\nParticipate in testing, deployment, release activities, and post-production support.\nProvide hypercare support after go-live and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and support procedures.\n\nRequirements: \nHands-on experience developing 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows/bots.\nStrong experience working with Power Automate Desktop development and support.\nHands-on experience with SQL data queries, including integration with PAD flows.\n1-2 years of experience with Automation Anywhere is mandatory.\nExperience with at least one programming language: Java /. NET / Python / Angular JS / Node.js .\nExperience supporting Power Automate projects in production environments.\nExperience working with ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar platforms.\n\nBasic Qualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in application/production support with Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop.\nExperience working with development and support teams.\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications such as Power Automate / Power Apps are a plus.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Automation Anywhere bot development.\nExposure to UiPath or Blue Prism.\nStrong SQL knowledge.\nProgramming experience in Java.
