Regionals: Southwest list of fastest growing private companies in America.\nWe are seeking a talented and professional Consultant (Program Manager)to join our team.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.\nManage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.\nIdentify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.\nDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.\nWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.\nAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports formanagement and stakeholders.\nRemain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).\nPrioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.\nContribute to evolv’sculture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.\nHelp grow evolvby providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.\n3+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience).\nExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.\nWorking knowledge of digital marketing.\nOutstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.\nPMP certification preferred but not required.\nWe believe in being inclusive of all people regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, or any attribute not relevant to job performance.
